Let’s talk about Diet vs. Exercise
I receive emails about this topic daily and I completely understand the confusion. Should we focus more on diet or exercise? Also how do we know what to eat and how to get our food in balance. How do we get the max FAT LOSS?
A lot of people say exercise is 70-80 percent and diet is 30 percent
but I’ve also heard exercise is 10 percent and diet is more like 90 percent!

b) Fats the Devil
c) Protein the Devil
