Here is an email that I recently got from Jennifer. I know that she is NOT alone in this struggle. I don’t know how old Jennifer is. She mentions kids so she may not be in menopause yet but neither am I. Yet, I myself have dealt with this weird struggle of fat in new places in the midst of problems with my own hormones even in my 30’s.
Email From Jennifer:
I think my biggest struggle is getting fat in places I have never had fat before. I’ve heard that it’s due to getting older but I don’t really like that answer! Instead of slimming down I seem to bulk up. I have never had this problem before. I don’t have as much time or energy as I used to. The kids keep me busy!
