I just met with a new client who shared with me how low her energy is and how horrible she feels all the time. I wish I could say that I don’t hear this same story often but the truth is that I hear the same complaint more often than not from most women. What is going on that has us feeling so tired, lethargic, and cruddy all the time?
One of the first things that I examine with a new client is her diet/what she is drinking. I also find out how much exercise she is doing and the combination of cardio to strength training. Then we talk about sleep and hormones.
As women we are controlled by our hormones. Once they get out of whack our whole body and mind is out of whack.
One lady that knows about the “hormones out of whack” problem first hand is my dear friend Dawn Sylvester. If you follow my blog you have seen a short interview I did with her in Nashville several months ago.
