Celebrity Trainer Alex Isaly: Top 2 Fitness Industry Changes

Being in the fitness industry since the mid 90’s I have seen boatloads of trends come and go.  Trends ranging from new group fitness classes (used to be called aerobics) to training philosophies to diet trends.  This is one industry that constantly changes.  Even as a fitness expert I find it impossible to keep up with the latest quick fix for flab.Alex & Alli

Along the way I have had the opportunity to meet some game changers in the industry.  I have met and worked with amazing coaches and trainers that are truly passionate about changing lives.  One person who has had both hands in every part of the fitness industry is Alex Isaly.

He started as an endurance athlete in the 1990’s when he did his first triathlon.  Since then he has been in numerous fitness videos, tv shows and is the lead trainer for KettleWorX 8 Week Rapid Evolution home fitness kettlebell workout DVD series.  He recently released his new ebook:  The Road to a New You.
His first big claim to fame was when he created and launched one of the most successful group fitness programs in the country called R.I.P.P.E.D.  This program has certified over 9,000 fitness instructors and is taught in fitness centers all over the country.  I am sure that many of you have heard of this program.  Alex has also trained many “A” list celebrities including one of my favorite professional tennis players, Andre Agassi.  Needless to say he knows what is going on in fitness.
